Cogniq Works Private Limited. The person works for you, but is employed by us.
Who decides the salary and the work?+
You agree the salary with the person; you direct their work. We handle employment, payroll and compliance.
Is this the same as an Employer of Record?+
Yes, that is the common international term for this service.
Can you employ people outside India?+
Not at present. This service is available in India only.
What if the person leaves or we end the arrangement?+
Notice and final settlement are handled under their employment contract and our agreement with you.
Do you also provide office space and equipment?+
Yes, if you need it, through our dedicated staff service.
