How pricing works
Every Cogniq quote is based on what you need, so there is no fixed price list. You get a clear, written plan and price before any work starts, with no obligation. This page explains how each type of work is priced and what affects the cost.

What affects the price
- Websites and apps: number of pages or screens, features, integrations and how much content we write.
- Marketing: number of channels, how much content each month, and how competitive your market is.
- Automation: how many processes, how many systems to connect, and whether ready-made software fits.
- Teams: the role, skill level, working hours and whether you need our office infrastructure.
What is never hidden
- Ad spend is paid by you directly to Google, Meta or LinkedIn, separate from our fee.
- Third-party costs such as domains, licences and paid tools are listed separately in your quote.
- Changes in scope are agreed in writing before any extra work starts.

Questions
Why don’t you publish prices?+
Two businesses rarely need the same thing. A quote based on your needs is fairer than a package that makes you pay for things you don’t use.
Can we start small to control cost?+
Yes. Most clients begin with one project or one service.
Which currency do you invoice in?+
We invoice clients in India in Indian rupees (₹), clients in the UK in pounds sterling (£), and clients everywhere else in US dollars ($).
Do you charge for the first call or the quote?+
No.
